The contact form sends your name, email, interests, area, and message through Cloudflare to the website administrator. The pricing-consultation form also collects the property address, optional phone number, and selling timeframe. Form inquiries are delivered to Tracy at tracy.buysellnm@gmail.com. Replies may come from Tracy. Form contents are not saved in a website database. Email providers and the recipient retain messages according to their own practices. Direct phone and email links contact Tracy through your chosen service.
Verification
Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the forms against automated submissions. It processes technical browser and network information for verification. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
When you visit
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Requests necessarily include technical information such as an IP address and browser request details for delivery and security. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and page performance. Form contents are not sent in this website's analytics events. Public visitors do not need an account. This version does not add advertising trackers or a newsletter subscription.
Private listing workspace
Authorized owners sign in through Cloudflare Access to manage private listing drafts and photographs stored with Cloudflare. Optional address lookup sends a property address to the U.S. Census geocoder. Nearby-place suggestions are calculated within this website using a dated OpenStreetMap snapshot; the reviewed map point is not sent to an external place-query service. These searches do not send buyer inquiries or contact details. Lookup results are cached privately for up to 24 hours for reuse; expired entries are removed when new results are stored. Only owner-approved place summaries enter a published listing. Ordinary visitors do not trigger address or nearby-place searches.
